I learned how to make this piece through a CraftyMonkies class called “Use Your Intuition” taught by Victoria van der Laan. These forms are pieced, not appliqued.

I finished the quilt top with batting and backing fabric. I quilted it with straight lines using my domestic machine.

I attached a hanging sleeve and rod on the back. I finished this with a mitered facing that I tried to figure out on my own. I later took another class with Victoria to learn the mitered facing technique.
