I learned how to make this piece through a CraftyMonkies class called “Use Your Intuition” taught by Victoria van der Laan. These forms are pieced, not appliqued.

I am auditioning thread color for quilting.

I finished the quilt top with batting and backing fabric. I quilted it with straight lines using my domestic machine.
