My husband plays drums and wanted a few quilt wall hangings in his room to absorb sound. I made this one based off of a jazz album cover by The Modern Jazz Quartet. I mapped it out on graph paper and added a few squares to make up the rectangular shape.

I quilted this with my longarm machine using an edge to edge pattern called Geometric Diamonds from My Creative Stitches. I finished it with a traditional binding.
